Part 1: Delivery Policy

 

1. General Delivery Terms

 

· We reserve the absolute right to refuse delivery.

· When the goods are delivered to the delivery address designated by you, you become the owner of the ordered goods and shall bear the risk of ownership of the goods yourself. Such address may be the address of a third-party logistics service provider engaged by you for the purpose of transferring the goods overseas.

 

2. Hong Kong Local Delivery

 

· We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the delivery address provided by you through our staff or third-party suppliers.

· Upon confirmation of receipt of the goods, you agree to present photo identification upon request.

· When the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, the goods are deemed to be delivered to and received by you.

· If, for any reason, you fail to receive the goods, you agree and accept that we have the right to choose to charge you additional fees or cancel the order without any refund or compensation.

 

3. Delivery Outside Hong Kong (Overseas Delivery)

 

· You acknowledge and agree that if the goods ordered from us are transported to any location outside Hong Kong (“Overseas Delivery”), under applicable circumstances, a separate agreement shall be entered into directly between you and the designated logistics service provider, and any liabilities and obligations arising therefrom shall be settled between you and the logistics provider.

· We do not assume any express or implied liability or obligation arising from or related to Overseas Delivery. You must expressly agree not to hold us liable or make any claims against us in this regard.

 

Part 2: Return or Exchange Policy

 

· Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of goods.

· Please review the return or exchange policy stipulated by the supplier in detail prior to placing your order.

 

Part 3: Privacy Policy

 

· We highly value and respect our customers’ privacy.

· Our Privacy Policy covers how we use any information provided by you.

· By using our services, you represent that you agree that we may collect, store, and use the information relating to you in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
